What Tech City Centre is doing to keep you safe! 
As of Tues, Feb 16th we are open for walk in drop offs/pick-ups and on site repairs. Our store will be at a limited capacity; all of our current procedures put in place will be posted on our door.
ALL devices that are brought in for service are thoroughly
sanitized before and after repairs, your safety is our #1 priority.
What can you do? – To help keep our staff safe, a quick clean of your personal devices (especially cell phones) before bringing them in for service, would be greatly appreciated.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED!
As per Provincial Law, all of our customers are required to wear their masks while in our store. Our Employees also wear their masks when assisting clients at the counter; we also have Plexi-Glass shields installed at each counter as an extra precaution. MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP/DROP-OFF.
HAND SANITIZER & FREQUENT HAND WASHING
We have hand sanitizer readily available for all of our customers and staff members.
All of our staff members are washing their hands regularly.
GENERAL CLEANING WITH ATTENTION TO “TOUCH POINTS”
Our store is regularly cleaned paying close attention to popular touch points such as: door handles, debit machines, counters, customer chairs etc. We are doing our very best to make sure all of our surfaces are cleaned several times throughout the day for your safety.
APPOINTMENTS
If you are concerned about leaving the comfort of your home to visit us, we do offer safe on-site pick-up/drop-off plus on site repair. All appointments must be booked in advance and confirmed with our staff members. During your on site repair, masks MUST be worn by everyone in the home (with some exceptions) – our staff member will enter with their own PPE.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT
As of Tuesday, February 16th 2021, we will reopen for walk in drop offs and pick ups at a limited capacity. At this time, we are only able to allow 3 persons at one time in our store. We will have marked spots on the floor inside and marked lines outside if the store is at capacity when you arrive.
